1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup agave
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 ripe bananas)
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup (vanilla) protein powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup mixed nuts (crushed)
1. preheat oven to 325F
2. mix the wet ingredients with the wet, and dry with the dry; meanwhile add the baking soda to the hot water
3. add the dry ingredients into the wet; then pour in the baking soda-water mix
4. pour into bread tin
